Errol, The Tainted (BUFFED) Designer's Perspective: Passive skill has been enhanced to gradually increase movement speed, enhancing Errol's early game and allowing him to better navigate around melee fighter. Likewise, the cooldown time of his core skill 2 has been reduced, shortening the window before he can execute his signature combo. Every challenger knows how to deal with Errol's passive skill! As a result, he finds it hard to gain an advantage during the laning phase. So we increased his movement speed at every bonus of passive, as well as the cooldown reduction of his core skill 2, so that more skilled challengers can gain the upper hand during the laning phase. Detail: Passive: Blood Drinker Movement speed per level: 2% → 3% Skill 2: Boneshaver Cooldown: Fixed at 11 seconds → Fixed at 10 seconds
