Just bought one for my friend and it won't go past 14mph it says it's going 35kmph but it's super slow and when I ride my scooter next to hers mine says 22-24kmph. Her scooter won't show up on the app. Anyone know a fix to this?

There is no App connection. Did you do the speed hack on both scooters?

@ScottJonesMTB didn't do any sort of hacks. Her scooter is brand new. It should be faster

@ The ‘hack’ is in the instructions but in very small print. Follow the instructions and see if it helps ?
