First minute doesnt work if the pianist is using transpose 😂

That is true. In a perfect world, keyboardists would not transpose and the majority of keyboardists do not use transpose. If that does happen, the keyboardist will need to call out the notes or numbers for you or you will need to learn to play by ear (like we teach students to do in our lessons).
