This is making me want to re-install TS again, I have been on these 318s so many times and I can confirm, this is as accurate as it gets! The hum of the transformer is spot on!

Jesus...this is SO ACCURATE. Brother your really making AP look lazy with these sounds of yours. Its a shame you dont releaae the other WIPs youve made. Theyve been really good. Even the slowing down noise of the motor/gearbox . Very skiddish in reality as you have mastered. Only critisism thus far. Is the volume. Internal sounds sound like external. But again thats minor to fix id wager. Other than that its basically perfect.

gearbox? mind if ask why is it there on an electric train?

The traction motors on an electric train are made out of gears which allows the motor and the axle to rotate. The sound comes from the gap between the teeth of the gears.
