Use 2 piece tenacity with swap tenacity as you will use swap anyway😮! Instead of 4 tenacity max damage with tenacity!

@captyzoldyck8657 iirc 2 pieces of tenacity only gives a minute of tenacity. It's not worth it at all for end game content.
