Today the village is influenced by western media, our internal politics, consumerism and scarcity of fundamental knowledge. The NRI and Overseas citizens in my village - are slowly coming back . We are using technology because many in our vollage have converted and don't want to wok for Hindus or they charge exhorbitant rates to work on farms. I came across a Jehova witness here in Australia who celebrates all hindus festivals like Diwali, sankranthi and even gruhapravesh. I asked her when you are celebrating these festivals why not visit a temple or retain your Hinduism instead of converting. She said her parents had converted but still follow all hindu customs but don't go to temple. Doesn't make sense . She is a Jehova witness and they don't believe in idolatory. Then she slowly started introducing christian friends . One way of attracting Hindus and slowly making them believe it's nothing wrong in converting and still follow Hindusim.Doesn't make sense

People in the West say that they are Christians but don't believe in God and don't go to Church....yet they will celebrate all Christian festivals.....crazy. Those Hindus who converted to Christianity in the past did so because of 'Elitist West' and of Rich West and Poor India, also means mainly because of economic reasons. This 'confused' mode is beginning to affect Indian Christians in the West.... Therefore, it is essential for Hindu organisations to establish a 'formal' 'Ghar Wapsi' system (which requires funds for which Hindu Mandirs/Temples have to be released from Govt control), so that all the 'confused' ones in India can brought back with dignity enmasse.

Also the concept of Moksha itself is a hindu construct in case you are not aware. Also you said she has not known christ that is why she is talking like that. Can we not bring that church for justice? In Bangalore, there is a predominantly protestant school, "Clarence" , near Bangalore East Rly Station, where portion of text books, containing Hindu stories are ignored in that school, but we boast of a secular country. Hindus can borrow good ideas from Missionaries and make Hinduism more inviting - May be there is value to introducing Ayurvedic clinics, Yoga classes, Kalariyapattu or Indian martial arts, Shastra vidya, Chanakyaniti courses, Organic farming classes, Rangoli demonstrations, Music & dance etc in the TEMPLE COMPOUND. Make the donations to the temple online so they are transparent, free the temples from government control & salaries of these professionals be part of Temple’s administrative costs. Let’s not provide free housing on the compound so greedy people are eliminated. Let there also opportunity for HINDU volunteers excelling in their fields to give free lectures as part of their service to the Hindu community. An ecosystem of this kind can create a sustainable environment for things that nurture the roots of Hinduism & help it stand tall in the tsunami of its enemies.

@Rahul Christians have adopted hindus customs like the 'dwasthamba' in the temple, offering jesus ganga jal for baptism and inscense sticks and fasting for 45 days during Karthika masam and ekadasi , sankranthi and even navaratri. They have christian doll display during the Koluvu /doll festival during navartri and sankranthi. so they will not return rather adapt and cheat people into converting telling them they can still change their tradition but throw their gods or break them. It's like having a artificial garden with plastic fake flowers, astro turf etc. it looks good. No maintenance( rituals and sampradayas) . only thing is it pollutes and there is no growth. no bees to pollinate and in the end will gather dust and be chucked out. Hoping the two evil religions also will gather dust and peole realise they are as toxic as plastic and ban them.

I recall an incident of the late 80 ' s when a devout telgu hindu classmate of mine went to his hometown with his family n returned few weeks later after getting baptised..I went to vist him at his residence to find frames of Balaji n Satya Sai Baba removed n replaced by the cross etc..It was quite a shock for me though I could not show it! Today I clearly understand what a strong n demographic project it is by the Church spanning over several decades in AP...Today Church is ruling by proxy n diverting money from TTD for Church causes! I visited my village vemulapalli, krishna dt, ap and bjp gave cement roads, water taps, 24 hrs water supply, pension support for elder, work under pmjy, help for farmers etc but not even 10 votes to bjp. Which school you went to? Well the christian convent schools and those run by the priests adopt to state board and central board syllabus. Not their own. They dont change text books. Only difference is they have a class of catholic catechism and during that time non Christian's attend moral science studies.. cathecism and moral science are not assessed in the 10th standard or 12th boards. What happens in government schools and other schools we dont know.. the government never gave special aid to these chrustian institutions except the standard free education for girls till 10th standard.. kuch bhi nahin bolne ka

I studied in Christian school in 80’s and 90’s as it’s English medium school. In the past the English medium schools were run by Christians. But the teachers were mostly from Hindu upper class. Only few teachers mostly for English and helpers were Christians. There used to be prayer and a few verses from Bible at the time of assembly in the morning. But recently I saw the school through Facebook. It looks the school got completely converted to full time christian missionary. I have seen lot of posts about the preachings that are going and inviting different pastors like bro. Anil Kumar etc.

After independence, the Indian politicians too supported the working class goonads in the firms (big and small) to agitate, and slowly shut the industries which lead to unemployment-hunger-helplessness and then focused on conversations of these families alongside actually poor/innocent people conversions. Because I am from Karnataka and I notice today that all (most) industries in Bengaluru and Mysore are shut that were started by Maharajas ( KR Mills, Mysore colour labs, handicrafts, paper mills, Cotten industries, etc), my uncle is one of the victims but still a Hindu with 4 daughters... you can bring this point in some of your books....

I remember my mother saying that my education started in a Christian Missionary School for a good foundation in language etc, and my mother used to happily say about that school as my first one. I got an opportunity to go to christian missionary school in high school, and while I used to sastanga pranamam in few of the times I went into the school church, that is in the main branch, I remember listening to statements from Bible and remember closing the prayer by saying AMEN and while moving hands in cross symbol way While school used to be good, we used to follow as they say beside studies then. Anyway, I am personally not in support of rampant conversion that happens based on emotional/financial support that is given to the converted person rather than conviction of the converted person prior conversion. This is absurd and very bad thing. I had seen in some villages some Churches BUILT as Temples in the outset, and when we closely look at it, the deity is Jesus. So many techniques are used in villages these days, I am surprised to see their creativity in visual appeal even though never like the motto of conversion through so many lies. I remember reading about Swami Vivekananda, who responds to a person question of why there are not many books distributed w.r.t. Hinduism while another religion has so many distributions every week, when Swami Vivekananda said in the lines of "My Dharma does not require sharing of booklets while the other survive based on continuous distribution". At the same time, he condemned lies being propagated by some missionary from india suggesting her to not let her country down for money while letting the people know that no such disastrous things happen in INDIA as that missionary is propagating then.

While I was working in SV me.dical co.llege , tirupathi , the scamgress party govt was transferring many govt officials to tirupathi (all govt posts like assistant professor in medicine/surgery/ENT ) .....etc all are being transferred to tirupathi which is a very important shrine for Hindus.....now the result is that the non-registered chr.istian population is increasing exponentially in tirupathi.....that's s live example I've seen with my own eyes

The agenda executed by the ysr family had been the Joshua project and Thessalonika project. In the first one, they assure the converts to be as they are but not pray to Hindu Gods. Thessalonika project recruits prominent persons in our country to propagate their faith. There was a family living in our complex. They were Telugu. The husband was called Palani. Their only son was studying in US. The wife was practicing xianity. Husband said he was a Hindu and visited temples with us. Some, and so called sisters used to visit their home and pray. I found out that for the sake of their son's future they are practicing xianity as he got visa to go abroad!

I have seen Xians in south India, they follow the hindu culture and say they are following Indian culture. They are trying to assimilate the hindu culture in Xianity saying its Indian not Hindu. I have seen Masihi Dhyan Kendra in Dehradun because lots of people come to DDun, Hrishikesh for meditation so they too have started Dhyan kendra. I have seen one church in Chennai they have something similar to Nav Graha in the church, which every temple in south have. The need of the hour is to tell these people what they are copying is Sanatan /Hindu culture.

So if I am getting it right, it is a huge problem for theses guys if Christians do the following 1)Sing and dance and retain as many cultural beliefs as possible without worshipping performing other religious practices. 2) Create churches in vullages where as per Ms Mary's own admission people still retained many Hindu beliefs and did not find any contradiction with going to a temple despite going to churches for years. 3)Be hardworking people who put their all into their work either as nurses or teachers because God forbid their children actually develop an appreciation for Christians as people For all the attention and the exten to which you let Christians live rent free in your heads you could do better than this. I will give you credit for one thing, it confirmed to me that the subdued anti Christian violence in the telugu states are due to upper castes being able to use this as a means to garnet power and the caste unity still remaining and the Christian churches themselves not placing much importance on actual practice over patronage. Maybe use your agony over Christians to use this system for yourself. It calms your anxiety, curbs your violent tendencies and above all is an example of the Hindu tolerance that you guys love.Otherwise just keep on crying over how being a dedicated teacher is bad for your kid, because they don't see other religions as monsters

I have myself converted back at least 250 christians to Hinduism from coastal Andhra. People are generally gullible and innocent many of them are not dedicated to Christianity.
