Hi Thulasi, this is a very informative video. There are more dangerous things hiding in this act. For example, government can provide compensation only on registered value or book value which is a penny as compared to its market value. One crore worth of land may be registered as one lakh price to reduce stamp duty cost which is a common practice in India. In case of a dispute, Government conveniently pays that one lakh to the actual landowner and give that one crore worth of land to their mafia. It is very easy to create a dispute and grab the land. Thank God Govt is changed, and we are all saved.

మా అన్న వాళ్ళు 7 years ఒక ల్యాండ్ కొన్నారు , అప్పుడు తీస్తే EC అన్ని బాగానే ఉంది, ఒక 6 month back ఎవరో వచ్చి కేసు వేశారు ఆ ల్యాండ్ మాది అని , తీరా చూస్తే వాళ్ళు, మేము ఎవరి దగ్గర ఐతే కొన్నామో వాళ్ళకి అమ్మైన వాళ్ళకి అమ్మిన వాళ్ళ మనవరాలు అంట , ఆ ఆస్తి మాకే చెందుతుంది అని కేసు వేశారు.. ఇప్పుడు అది కోర్టు లో కేసు నడుస్తోంది .. లాయర్ నీ అడిగితే మినిమం 3 years అయిన పట్టొచ్చు , సెటిల్మెంట్ చేస్కోండి అంటున్నాడు.. ల్యాండ్ టైట్లింగ్ ఆక్ట్ తో ఆ ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా ఉంటాయి కాదా
