A mechanic you can use with nunu is the when you are in stopwatch your e can still cast(the root). If you play ap, it can really boost the dps.

personally if i can go for a harvest stack in between the blue and red camps or vice versa then i go for one stack then go back to getting crows/wolf into scuttle then back to farm usually i do become slower but imo its worth the stack

You are playing ap nunu wrong. as a "Speed Run JUNGLER" you need to KS all the kills as well as KS their cannon so you can instantly buy boots, Dark Seal and a AP item on your first clear back. You also want to get both skuttles as well as KS top lanes kill.
