Yes, I could finally get FI Sultan without cheats! I find the satchel charges method way easier though. Just leave 2-3 Russians at the final fight on the rooftop, place some explosives behind them (as far away from Big Smoke as possible), run to the nearest vending machine, press the button on the detonator and buy a drink immediately after hearing an explosion. Then just let your bike be damaged, wait for that cutscene with a falling truck, jump off the bike soon after and get in one of the red Sultans. Once I accidentally took the wrong Sultan, so you better test it before going to the garage. The only annoying part is when Smoke gets killed or he kills the Russians before you can get to the vending machine, but that doesn't happen too often. I think some Russians are better to be left alive than the others, but it depends on your luck as well. Running in front of them them as you go to the vending machine seems to help in directing their fire away from Smoke, though.

For some reason, after purchasing and drinking a sprunk I have been able to jack any vehicles except the bike that smoke is riding. How do I solve that?

Wow dude! You are a genie! It seems you haven't used any cheats or mods to get it. I always wanted to get those vehicles and the only one method I saw it was using hesoyam cheat exactly at the cutscene from 6:56 to kill Big Smoke to result into mision failed then take the packer with the cars, but without BF400 and I found that method unfair as a cheats hater. I think I'll start to play SA again after I finished IV and V in the last 2 months after watching this video.
