Lmao yeah I’m watching this the morning of. Did a score calculator, though, and in order to get a 3 you need a 50% and a 5 is a 67%, so that might ease your mind

Nah. If you’re good with this and familiar with the form the FRQs take (make sure you look into that) you should be good. 👍
@TestThing-js4ok7 ай бұрын
Do you have the PDF for the FRQ questions for this test? College board doesn’t show these practice tests.
@turksvids7 ай бұрын
Those aren't allowed to be publicly released, unfortunately (and kind of weirdly if you ask me...)

Okie. Are there more tests you could make videos about?

Hi! For the calculator part, could I use a t184 and solve it the way that you do? I tried to solve number 82, but I still can't do it.
@crookeriii70376 ай бұрын
I figured it out by hand and calculator, 2 ways First you set it up by 1). 500,000=300,000(1+0.4e^k(4) 2). Divide 500,000 by 300,000 5/3= 1 + 0.4e^k(4) 3). Subtract 5/3 by 1 2/3 = 0.4e^k(4) 4). Divide again 2/3 by 0.4 2/3 x 1/0.4 = 2/1.2 5). Use natural log on both sides Ln2/1.2=Lne^k(4) 6). The natural log and e cancels outs Ln2/1.2=k(4) 7). Then divide the left side by 4 (Ln2/1.2)/4 = k = 0.1277064059
@crookeriii70376 ай бұрын
Second way is just bigger numbers but 1). Distribute 300,000 into (1+0.4e^k(4) 500,000 = 300,000 + 120000e^k(4) 2) subtract 500,000 by 300,000 200,000 = 120000e^k(4) 3). Divide 200,000 by 120000 (into a fraction to make easier) 20/12 = 5/3 5/3 = e^k(4) 4) Natural Log both sides Ln5/3 = Lne^k(4) 5) Natural log cancels out e and Ln bringing down the 4 and k Ln5/3 = k(4) 6) Divide left by 4 (Ln5/3)/4 = k = 0.1277064059 Hope this helps 😼😼

is this how the ap exam is gonna be? I’m scared it’s gonna be harder
@turksvids7 ай бұрын
Those are all the official questions that were on the multiple choice practice test they released, so there's no reason to think the exam will be harder. I've seen a few other semi-official practice exams (from consultants) and they're at about the same level. Definitely make sure you're familiar with the FRQs, though. There are four of them and the topics are very specific. (I'm working on a video about FRQ 1 but...I've been a little lazy about it recently...)

It’s a practice exam put out by CB, so it better be similar to the real thing.

hi! shouldn't the last one, 87, be B. I thought that period was 6 instead of 1/6. ISn't it supposed be how long it takes for a rotation. please tell me if I am wrong. I appreciate it
@crookeriii70376 ай бұрын
Yeah I’m wondering that too, I searched up and saw RPM = r/min Which is revolutions per minute equals revolutions divided by minutes??? I’m confused
@kqnekiken6 ай бұрын
38:36 , why is B not the answer?
@turksvids6 ай бұрын
if f(t) is negative and increasing then f(t) is getting closer to 0 so the curve is getting closer to the origin, not farther from the origin.

I am not a student or a current teacher. I am a retired math teacher. I help some AP PRECALCULUS students out. This is why I am asking if there is a pdf .
@turksvids Жыл бұрын
This link should take you there, scroll down to Exam Resources: apcentral.collegeboard.org/courses/ap-precalculus/exam Wasn't sure if you were looking for a pdf of the solutions, which I'd have been happy to share with you since you've been a long time viewer and commenter!
