Isn't the predicted at 2b 12.139

If you use the rounded model from part a, it would be 12.149. If you used the stored regression model in your calculator (that does not round) you'd have a more accurate predicted value like what you have, which is 12.139. If the problem doesn't say specifically which to use, you will be fine to use either the rounded model, or the stored model from the calculator.
