Fun fact - Renata Glasc was originally Silco but Riot couldn't find a way to make him work as a champion because in Arcane he's just a regular guy who's good at pulling strings, so they reworked him into Renata, but then they never included her in Season 2, and since Arcane is the canon now, she's kinda in lore limbo because there's no room for her story to take place on the timeline of Arcane. Just to complete the Arcane team comp.

@@jacket7241 For starters, hextech augmented Camille being one of the people responsible for her parents' death when Renata was still a teenager, then Renata goes to build an empire, and uses her money to, among other things, sponsor Viktor's research, in the world of Arcane I guess that would be his research on... hextech augments? Because the part of the story when she was putting her money into Vik's research is gone now. Her story starts with her parents dying to technology that couldn't be possible for another 30 years, I won't even start on the fact that Camille got her augments in 20s, and all of this happened when she was past 40s. They had a detailed timeline with exact dates, then they forgot about half of it for the series, and just are telling others to never pay those details any attention, and just throwing a random outcome to shut people asking about those small interweaving parts of the lore being gone. So what was the point?

i once experienced a panic attack while playing game and my heartbeat went up super fast like it could be more than 120 bpm. Ever since that happen i can feel my heartbeat. I have like a fragile mental or smt, its like easily to be scared or overwhelmed, like a rabbit, get nervous very easily. I experience life more face to face than the others, i experience emotions a bit more extreme, it could be a good things but a lot of time it just stress me the fuck out. But that's just some part of me, still balling out here

idk if this guy reads comments and i am only a humble dirty french speaker but if i may offer some advice as to his issues described at the beggining from my personal experience: Sleeping at a slight angle with 2-3-4 pillows can help reduce that heart rate acceleration when lying down althought it's not as comfortable and having some background noise while sleeping can help ( rain, white noise, brown noise, pickle eating asmr, whatever works for you). When you hear your heart rate like that it becomes a vicious cycle of the more you hear it the more you keep your heart from slowing down.

I don't really hear my heart itself, but I feel the carotid artery pulsating really hard when I'm stressed or trying really hard to fall asleep. It helps me gauge when the stress is getting out of hand.

I also have the issue of hearing my own heartbeat / pulse when i sleep. It's only some nights, and the more you think about it the worse it becomes. I've not had anyway to fix it. And i don't think it something todo with our skulls (i also smashed my head up when i was younger).

It's the artery in the ear you're hearing, so still technically the heartbeat. Please consult a doctor if it's ever painfull, could be a sign of pressure building :)

I’d recommend looking into a sound machine for sleeping. It will help mask your heartbeat and eventually you’ll find it very relaxing due to associating the sound with sleep time.

First issue is sleep apnea. The machine can help(it sucks to get use to ) the hearing heart beats is there is a bone in your ear that is supposed to block internal noise. Mine is imperfect so I can hear a few things like sonograms. (Still blocks lower tone like heart beats) All I can say is never go to bed without moderate background. TV, music whatever. Don't let your body turn your hearing up more. If you are overweight as well... The sleep ap machine won't kill the higher heart beats as much. Best of luck man!

I also hear my heartbeat when trying to sleep and my heart beats irregularly or faster than normal. What triggers it for me is too much caffeine and stress. In my case it's heart palpitations. A lot of things can cause it and it's USUALLY harmless. But maybe have it looked at if you're worried. Have a good day 😁
