Zac's build reminds me of the very first game of League I played back in Season 2. I randomly picked Vladimir and was just randomly hitting stuff. I had no idea what a build was, or what objectives were. When I looked at the item roster, I saw someone had built a Warmog's and it had lots of health, so I ended up building 4 Warmogs. Incidentally, it wasn't the -worst- build because Vlad converted HP to AP, but the only reason I built it at all was because I saw someone else and figured "it must be a good armor." LOL

there's a couple buttons next to the champion portrait on your ability bar, you can click those to swap which stats are displayed. there was also a hotkey for it i believe, but not sure.

Zed is not building MR with Hollow Radiance, he is getting explosive magic damage with wave clear. It's the only health base immolate item with creep that death explode for more damage. Sunfire doesn't do that. The rest is more dubious.
