Dear video to 7 mint ka bhi nhi hai, khair ap isko din me do baar lijye to zyda accha hai, but agr 2 baar nhi le parhe ho to ek baar to zaroor lijye Aur carrot & beetroot discard kar dena h..thanks for watching
