I use to make tea i add half cup water and when it's boil I add ginger small piece than add Patti and sugar alaichi and add milk into it than I boil this tea 4 to 5 mins and when it's ready than pour into cup u can also add cream halib but this is optional

1 secret is that roadside tea seller don't use uht milk like many of us. They use fresh cow milk in milk pouch. This certainly makes a difference in taste. Wherever i drink tea in restaurant, taste is consistent. I think they use dust tea like 3 Roses or Red label. I have got hotel tea taste at very rarely. There is definitely some ratio of sugar, water, tea and milk to get the taste right. My fav tea brand is Tata Gold costing rs50 for 100 gram. Affordable and great tasting. It is blend of long leaves and Assam tea.

My method for making tea is First boil the water When water is boiled then add crushed ginger, clove and elaichi (crushed) Then mix it well and give one boil Then add tea leaves according to family members I put 3 table spoon Then give them boil and it changes colour (dark) Then in another untensil(bowl) I add sugar and milk and give them boil And when it boil i add our mixture(black tea) Then mix mix mix Then i serve in cup and enjoy But now i will change my process Thankyou di

I make this way: for two persons, one cup milk + one cup water, once boil add crashed ginger and cardamom, And let it boil for two minutes, then add sugar and tea powder,let it boil for one minute, by the time liquid reduce to ¾ cup , more it reduces taste better
