There's a difference between being in shape and being way too skinny like the Olsen twins, they had eating disorders and were also addicted to drugs which obviously isnt good for aging well. Being in good shape is important, eating well is important but genes are a massive factor too.

Denise has a son with Marvin Gaye, born when she was a teenager because his wife Anna Gordy couldn't conceive. Anna adopted the baby and they pretended she birthed him .
