Apartment Hunting in Calgary *with prices* | touring 4 apartments w/ locations and prices

We're moving from Toronto to Calgary, and we're buying our first property in Canada! In this video, we'll show you 4 apartments that we looked at before deciding on which one to purchase. We've included the prices, locations, and other information that you might find useful.
Our maximum budget is $300k. We only searched in Northwest Calgary as that's the quadrant that we wanted to live in.

same, 2nd apartment is a go! noticed you chose northwest Calgary as your main location, guess because it's not prone to tornadoes (from a video i saw prior). congratulations, you might have chosen a Unit already!

Oh we didn't even know that other locations were prone to tornadoes. Glad we dodged that haha! We chose North West Calgary because of the low crime rates. It's also less busy than other quadrants like North East. It's more peaceful and laidback overall which was a big factor for us. And thank you so much! Happy to say we already bought a unit. I'm definitely going for the 2nd apartment, would have to work on the floor, ceiling fan and other stuffs.. just like you said for things i'm not a fan of. If i should have s second opinion i would go for the first one.😅 The third and fourth apartment in a no no! for me😂
