I have came across your channel. How do you like Chapel Hill/Carboro area? I was thinking about checking out Chapel Hill, but I don't like the fact it don't have much when it comes to shopping. You have literally go to Durham for some things. I used to live Durham, but I moved to get my son out of Durham. I love Durham though.

The third one is Laurel Ridge..... yeah I’ve been seeing bad reviews about the 1st company 😩 I’m just going to keep looking.

Look hear me out, I’m currently 16 but I’m planning to move out when I turn 18 or 19 but I just need help how to get an apartment and what I need to do and what I need to have.

Just need a decent credit score Proof of income (here in NC you need to make 3x the amount of the rent) ex: Rent: $900/mth Income: $2700/mth Renters insurance

I'm thinking of moving to Durham from LA to lower my cost of living. What part of the city was 3-Townhome? What do these apartments rent for or did I miss hearing that info during the tour?

The townhomes are Carrboro/Chapel Hill boarder and they run from I believe $1060-$1200. The first and second apartments are in Carrboro $1140 for the first one and $989-$1089 depending on if you want an upgraded apartment) for the second apartment. You can definitely find cheaper spots in Durham (Carrboro and chapel hill are more pricey)

@@AuNaturale2012 Can you recommend some areas of Durham that are middle class, safe with pricing around $900. Looking to save on rent to eventually buy. Appreciate your input!

Jo R I’m so sorry lol how did I not see this message lol but im not too sure about Durham I know there are places my friend stays in a complex called nova chapel hill it’s Durham borderline chapel hill and their apartments are in the 900’s with WiFi and cable included in your rent. It’s a nice area

I didn’t but I can, the townhomes are Laurel Ridge (wait list for townhomes until May 2021) the first apartments were Carolina Apartments and then the second was called Berkshire 54. All in Chapel hill/Carrboro

First one was $1180 for 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath... The second 2 bedroom 1 bath was $1089 The third was $1120 2 bed 1 1/2 bath townhome
