2LDK Corner La Tour's go from about 5000 USD / mo. Location and newness is major factor. La Tour Shibuya Jinnan is the newest La Tour finished last year, this one would probably be more like 8000 USD / mo. La Tour Chidoya in gov business district would be much cheaper because there's nothing much going on at night. Then, any apt from 4000 USD / mo you can get 5% off and maybe up to 10% in the higher range but that's about it. If you know a good agent.

I watched, waiting to find out what the apartments cost per month. I figured, maybe I'll go look at the video on my computer so I can see if it was posted in the description, only to find out this info isn't shared at all. Without that context, this is kind of useless for most of the people searching this topic. Even if your budget is $8k/month, you still desire context to know what your budget will get you. I'm done watching these apartment videos on KZbin. Either is a 35 year old single woman showing you every pair of shoes and random knick knacks in their apartment, or like this video, with not enough context for it to be useful. Not to be critical of just this video, as you're certainly in good company doing this on KZbin. It would just be nice to finally encounter one of these videos offering the kind of info that pretty much every person who has ever rented anywhere in the world desires to know - how much does it cost?!
@lucsaf98103 жыл бұрын
U sound really bitter if u want to check sth go to google lmao she doesn’t have to share that kind of stuff and I guess that if she told the prices, the comment section would be filled of hate and bitter comments :)

@@lucsaf9810 Like half the folks in the comments, I'm bitter I wasted that much time watching a video that didn't include basic info about the topic in the title. If you are uncomfortable providing info, just say at the start of the video, this is about me, myself, and I, I have no desire to provide in-depth info - this is a navel-gazing project. ok, cool. @@escapeak5830 2LDK in the Shibuya,Shinjuku start at ¥280,000 newer age of building in addition to larger space and closer proximity to major stations will increase price. The big cost with renting in Japan are the move in cost, typically key money which is the same price as the rent and then there could be an additional deposit. So a $3500 apt could cost closer to $9000 to move in. Parking is limited in the city a parking space could run you ¥25,000 per month per car etc etc

3000 USD would be roughly 300.000 JPY. 2LDK La Tour go for 400.000 JPY but then you get the bad apartments in the center with only one side windows. They're looking at corner apartments so probably more like 500.000 JPY / mo or up so > 5000 USD / mo.

Toxic. I doubt they could even afford half the apartments from their personal salaries . And if they could … ok. This is not a typical apartment search in Tokyo and would never be considered a standard. I would say though, I was surprised at how shit the La tour apartments were fitted. Anyone worth their salt would buy and reform over that crap.
