APARTMENT HUNTING JOHANNESBURG 3 APARTMENTS +rent prices and apartment names

For someone who has stayed at both rental companies, here is my advice. 1.Galenicia properties have spacious rooms. More especially the new estates. Never had issues with roaches and it has AMPLE cupboard spaces. I left because they didn't have any facilities in their estates. Besides that I never had an issue with them. 2. Houss rental- I've stayed with them for 3 years, the old properties (CLA and Crowthrone and The precint) will stay winning. They are the only ones with big m² all the other ones are small. I had to downgrade from CLA (stayed there for 2years) to Sagewood lifestyle apartments, i stayed for months. (Similar to where you viewed) You will experience roaches issues. Please check their reviews. I left due to the sudden electricity hike. I was paying about R3k + for electricity as of March this year. My advice is just check reviews whenever you're going to stay. They do offer the best packages, though, but do your research thoroughly All the best, my dear ❤
