quick tip for people who 1. need rewards 2. but the reward/break never ends in regards to routines don't make the reward quitting !!!!! yes you deserve a reward !! go out and buy yourself a nice breakfast after the gym, come home and take a nice long hot bath, take a self-care night, etc. don't make your reward skipping your routine the next day, because then your brain will think skipping routine = reward/good and we don't want that.

You mentioned wanting more texture to your tofu, so thought I would share that I recently learned that when you freeze and thaw tofu, it gives it a different texture. Tried it the other day and I am now *obsessed* with doing that and making buffalo tofu for lunch wraps!

May I suggest for the tofu to try the freeze method? Freezing the cut tofu then letting it defrost gives it a firmer texture and cuts some of the bulk.

Does anyone else just love how her clothes matched her office space when she was decorating the home office? Removing that bamboo shelf really made that space feel cohesive too. If it was white it would have fit so much better. But the office looks amazing! Love watching people organize their home office as I am actually redoing mine since I moved my office across state lines over the weekend. Another thing you can try to do with tofu is freeze it before you cook it! Freezing it somehow gives it a meatier texture!

Microwaving your tofu at 800w for 1-2minutes increases the tofus ability to take in all of that Marinade! Also gives it a meatier texture :) freezing & thawing it also works but you probably know that❤would love to see you switch to more plant based! Inspiration for me haha
