This is cheap compared to what you get in the States. You're not getting a waterfront view for less than $3k in Florida. If you want a more quiet area, The El Carmen area is more residential but close to the metro/bus line. A one bedroom can be leased for less than $1k/furnished. Water/gas is included, you pay for electricity/internet.

over priced lots of room for deal making. Sorry these apts are not worth it unless a company is paying for you or money is no problem . very few locals can live there unless they are well off. expat pricing

I would definitely agree that is who they are targeting the expats. Negotiating is definitely supported but some owners hold out to make more money because they know someone will pay it. I am going to post all price ranges and areas to really show the difference. Thank you for watching ❤️
