Love this apartment and actually looks big compared to some apartments I have seen. I currently have a 1 bedroom apartment that is around 700 square feet. I like the apartment but sadly no in-unit laundry for me, I really would have loved to have it. Also my kitchen is not nearly as nice as yours (Wish I had a full-size fridge with an ice maker/water dispenser). I toured one-bedrooms that's were as small as 450 square feet so at least I found one that doesn't feel like living in a tiny space.
