Mostly Everything In Dunwoody,Ga In This Area Shes Showing Is between 1400 And1700 for just 1 bedroom Now...these Prices Shes Showing are Old Prices.I Recommend If anyone looking somewhere Close but affordable Try Norcoss,GA Decatur,Ga Brookhaven,Ga

take the zipcode of the places she is showing and look for other apts in the area. It is a nice area and these are the newest properties. There are older ones that are nice and not as expensive.

It depends on the area. Of course in the city it gets bad depending on rush hour. I would say a 7-8 on a bad day.
