Apartments in Midtown ATL! (#4 is my fav 😍)

What a difference a year makes in Atlanta rents. I looked at the Ascent last year, but I ended up not renting an apartment then. Since last year, the rents are approaching what you'd pay in NYC. The Ascent is beautiful, but I'm not trying to promise my 1st born to pay for rent. The same goes for the Skyhouse South and Atlantic House. Nice video Angell K 🙂.

I almost rented @ ascent but 2 things: 1. my guests were going to have TO PAY TO PARK. 2. One side of the bldg totally is right up in the hotel next door. You literally stare right into them by inches. Also now there is construction next door on the other side. When I visited, the construction was just starting … now next door that bldg eclipses the city views. Ascent is sooooo beautiful inside and even smells amazing like an upscale vegas hotel and the rooftop is to die for even the refrigerators they have if you get meals shipped are super cool. VV awesome. Still I am thankful I didn’t move there because my view would have been blocked by the construction next door. Who knew! Also that end of W Peachtree is very quiet/boring unless you love love Atlantic Station to death. Thank u! Your videos help many I’m sure! XO

Ascent was my dream lol but I agree the construction would’ve been annoying. That’s how it was when I first moved into the apartment I’m in now. But thank you for watching :) hope you found the apartment you’re looking for ✨

The 1st is my favorite. Next time check out AMLI art center, 10s on the west and Alexan on 8 in midtown. They are really nice too

So Rome Flynn the actor lives at Ascent Midtown. I saw him while I toured it 😍. I didn't move there because I'm 6'5 and the ceilings were too low in the kitchen for me; I'm regretting it right now though.
