My goodness, the realism blows my mind. I can wait to have my first Newcrest Apartment! So excited. This is perfect. This little starter apartment with the sleeping bag and the microwave ...so cute and great fodder for a rags to riches story.

How cool! Looks great! I wish they'd give us more info on the lot requirements. Like, if all units need their own water heater and power boxes, or if one of each in a shared space will cover the entire lot. I'm also hoping they'll tweak the CL elevator item so we can use them without mods or the CL pack at all.

The build started are great but the individual apartments are too small. Some even cramped. Why have a common are for laundry then cram a washer into an already small apartment with hundreds of items on a lot that EA handles so well. 😂
