I enjoyed this walk very much, Scott. Thank you for the beautiful adventure! The video was so crisp and clear. It all looked very HD, almost 3D, and felt like I could reach in my screen and touch the leaves. Very cool! I remember the spot where we ended up, where the 2 rocks were out in the ocean. Such a beautiful area. I love the views. Thanks again for taking me down there. Aloha! :-) ♡

It looked kind of like a whale spout when the waves hit the rocks in one place, neat. Thank you Scott for the walk.

Thank you for the beautiful walk. We used to love taking visitors (and ourselves!) on the Donkey - Onomea Trail loop. The sound of the ocean is music enough!

Ahhhh! Glorious morning walk! The ocean sounded amazing! It was really roaring. It's a bit of a bummer that a fallen tree blocked sight of the little waterfalls. It also looks like the waves have cut into the mouth of the river to the point of almost cutting it off for now. Hopefully that is just a temporary thing. Otherwise, it was a gorgeous walk. I also liked the new spot. It was almost like a private cove. It looked and sounded wonderful down there! Mahalo Scott! Hope you had a great tour!

You mentioned you did a morning video of Onomea Bay at sunrise a few months ago. Just watched it. Wow, you are not only a tour guide, but an artist with your camera. Wish I could spend a week with you.

I'm jealous. Stunning. Love the ocean, the sound of the ocean and the greenery. Six to seven months a year there isn't any rain in CA.

Thank you so much for slipping among the mangoes and wading through the shallows, Scott. It is a fabulous treat to see how riotous Nature remains not far from the four-lane roads of The Big Island. Four stars.

At that first beach you used to be able to find not beach glass but beach china: shards of blue and white chinese china from a long-ago shipwreck.
