The global spotlight turns to San Francisco on Wednesday as President Xi and President Biden are set to meet on the sidelines of the APEC Summit, seeking to reduce some of the friction between their two countries. We had the privilege of speaking to Dr. Rebecca Sta Maria, the Executive Director of the APEC Secretariat prior to her departure for the Summit.
