I freeze cream cheese all the time. When defrosted it tastes and spreads normally but it can get a little watery (especially the blocks). I just drain the water and then it’s perfectly fine again😀

You can freeze cream cheese but the texture gets affected. If you are going to use it for cooking or baking, it probably won't be an issue. For example, I freeze it in small portions to make Hillary's confetti cookies and don't find it to be a problem. Thank you for the video.

Wow you are organized! I always have lists going and also am organized but you put me to shame. lol Cream cheese does freeze. I've done it before but then I usually use it in baking or a pasta dish. But, having said that, I bet if you defrosted it and just gave it a good stir it would be ok for bagels. The texture could change up just a bit though.

I am organized with some things and a hot mess with others. LOL. I just find having a strategy helps me and I also know that you can't get everything done in one day.

Sending you a big hug and just take it day by day and remember to take a little time for yourself each day. I find just even 15 minutes here and there help to just process what is happening and it makes it easier to be strong and supportive for others.
