This song hit me straight to the heart. My father and I had a tumultuous relationship, we were very different people and he didn't understand alot of my life choices. The night before he died we got into an argument and the last thing I said him was "I hate you".

This comment made me cry harder than I have in as long as I can remember. I also forgive my Father, such a good man just doing his best. He passed 9 years ago when I was 21. We had a very rough relationship when i was growing up mainly through Jr high and HS, but started getting better right before he passed. Its been hard on me adjusting to adulthood without knowing how our relationship would be now that i am older. Life is crazy and tomorrow is unknown. much love to all

U know wht I'm feeling? I'm crying, because maybe I cannot use words to discrbe this flow or beats or song s real meaning for me, just like me and my dad, he's always busy for his work, and we had a big crack in our family relationship, we also hard to speak out love for each other, u know, but when I'm getting 30yrs old,when I told him I'm really good, don't worry about me, when I'm seeing his photos from phone, because I'm living in Barcelona now, more than 4yrs didn't c him, I think I also borken his heart before, I felt so sad and so sorry, I really would like to give him a real hug for forgiving all bad memories, and I already forgived him when I was young he gave up this family , because our life r too shorts, I cannot pushing him in guilty forever, and I believed we can have rest of time to fix it, although he has a new family, but it's OK for me, I'm growing up stronger and old enough to understand wht happened past ,and really knew the biggest enemy is life, life is tough, it's not easy to get balance work or life or something, so that's why we need to learn forever,he's not weaker or Coward,so sharing my expirence with u and thank you so much to make this lovely song. ❤❤❤❤
