I will still go with the RK3 (non-HD) as they are slightly positively buoyant.

Yea the RK3 is still a dam good fin for sure but the Rk4 I felt has more drive energy and will be better for surface kicking in windy, but the rk3 is a honey for micro fining enjoy :)

What is the size of fins?

the rk3's are medium fits a uk size 8-9 shoe and the rk4's are large fits a 9-10 shoe size for my hard boot I went up a size thx for hello :)

hi so the medium rk3 medium is from size 8-9 Uk size I think, then the rk4s are from size 9 to '10 uk size and the fin is a large because i can now use hard booties the walk the twins as to soft booties for my rk3's hope that helps thx for hello

Isn't there something in all agency training manuals about the importance of maintaining over-all physical fitness for diving; I'd worry more about that than a new pair of fins "Batman."

The RK3s are too small. And they don't match length with people with small feet.
