I got it free with my expensive phone but ever since I got it , I can put phone aside but not band. Because if I don't wear it I can't know how many steps I took . My activity . It also warns me every 30 mins to do something if I idle and sit , and also it tracks my sleep ( deep sleep / light sleep / overall sleep ). I didn't knew I'd get used to it easily. Trust me as A Spec and info nerd , I can quit social media but not my band. I will loose my mind if I don't know how much I sleep or walk .
