Mega Man main here, the airdodge that you see at 4:50 is actually a missed tech: by inputing A in the first 2 frames of an airdodge, you can z-drop an object in front of you rather than behind. MPG wanted to shieldlock Jakal to grab him, but failed the 2 frames window for the dodge drop and got upsmash'd for it

Melee beats Ultimate again. Melee tournaments have been much better than Ultimate tournaments pretty much all year. But Ultimate summits have been much better.

Nah I disagree, it's just that all the good melee tournaments had mediocre ultimate brackets. The only supermajors with good ult and melee brackets were genesis 8 and LSI, smashcon was pretty hated cuz onin won

There were about four different noteworthy events this weekend. This is a super low-tier event especially with the Tea, Tweek and Light DQ’s. I have a feeling SWT and Panda Cup will be very interesting.

Its because unlike melee, ultimate had 4 big tournaments at the same time, the reason why so many tournaments have been less hype its because there is TO MUCH tournaments
