Kargil leader r enough smart how to avoid such activities in kargil as it distrub their youth from studies..... These few people r doing such things for one own popularity rather than for society. If ladakh get 6th schedule, it's not only for leh, kargil will also get. Still they want to do bring ur own children on road to protest rather than Inciting the poor people. One should be enough smart to understand too many things happen in kargil at Apati Chamba president of LBA has no dare to protest against such Incidents....
