1. Put all maps in rotation + OG KC and WE. 2. Keep tactical abilities on a timer in mix tape like ultimates instead of spawning with them maxed out. 3. Get rid of capture bonuses and respawn ships in control. 4. Visible health bars should only be an option for new players until level 50. 5. Fix the weapon tier upgrading in mixed tape causing players weapons to swap or stagger their fire, or remove the mechanic completely. 6. Allow preferred optics setting of the same tier weapon or lower for weapons in gun run and revival. 7. Allocate fewer servers to less popular modes and higher elo pubs and ranked lobbies. Example have 4 of the 22 na servers default to these modes and lobbies which keeps q times down, improves matchmaking while keeping ping reasonable. 8. Remove threat vision. 9. Remove rev shells. Mechanics that require zero skill to use and are frustrating to deal with are not fun. 10. Put big tdm on control and arenas maps. the normal tdm maps are too small for 24 players. 11. Leave all the arenas maps in mix tape. They play better. 12. Stop rotating maps out of customs and allow players more options when hosting. 14. Take the player requirements for customs down to 4 so players can 2v2, free for all gun run, and add a free for all option to tdm. 15. Allow 4 players in the firing range and be able to assign teams. 16. Bring back winter express and just make problem legends unplayable if you can't fix it. 17. Add the shield regen after kill mechanic from big tdm to all mix tape modes. 18. if there is no new or current LTM have an LTM playlist that cycles through old ones including the April fools events. 19. Do a proper 30v30. maybe even have players select a loadout and spawn each team on two halves of a map with the ring starting at ring 2 size and always be closing mechanic. 20. Allow Conduits Q to ignore storm damage. 21. Make it so players can double jump while healing after hitting a jump pad. 22. Disable strafing in a Horizon Q.

I have about 2000 hours in this game and i quit this game a few weeks ago. This was probably the best thing i could have done. From grinding Apex all day and solo q to master to now going regularly to the gym and actually having fun playing other games like R6 and learning to play on Mnk. I see no future in this game. Only when they rework the whole game like Faide tweetet.

Ngl, im losing passion for apex. Might be cuz im on old gen rn, but the only thing i enjoyed playing was ranked and using movement. Recently, I've learned zipline movement and mantle jumping, but it feels pointless when every time I apply new mechanics, i just get shot through walls and floors. Not only this but, I started playing this game because my irl friends played it. Now they hate the game entirely, and im stuck here realizing why.

Some minor (but important) things to clear up from my knowledge: 1: Selling the game) Sadly, EA would likely never sell Apex to another company as its still one of their most popular game francizes, and more importantly, also almost completely logistically impossible. Especially since they own the Titanfall games as well, and since they are both in the same universe, they are essentially a package deal. Also, I would argue that there aren't a lot of companies who could give Apex the funding it needs to fix all of the issues that are plaguing the game at the moment, whilst also producing quality content, especially following an acquisition. Love or hate EA, they're here to stay 😭. 2: Server issues) Although I can't say whether or not it would cost EA a lot of money to fix the servers (I presume by this you mean increasing the server tickrates and improving server hardware) I can tell you that from a development point of view, increasing tickrate alone is incredibly difficult and painstaking to do. From my understanding, there is a lot more that goes into the backend to fix any bugs or errors that come from upgrading any game, let alone a game with the size and complexity of Apex, then a lot of people think. The amount of money, and more importantly time, required to fix all of the errors caused by an upgrade would inevitably impact the quality and quantity of events and new content coming to the game whilst the update is in development. An upgrade to tickrate also provides its own unique problems for a game with movement and gunplay as complex (and unintended) as apex, aspects of movement like superglides, mantlejumps, airstrafing and bhops could potentially be affected or altogether broken by an increase in tickrate. Needless to say, people like to throw around "just fix the servers EA, it's not that expensive" a lot, but they don't actually have any grasp on the reality of the situation and how difficult it is to fix problems that are so deeply ingrained into the game. 3: Anticheat) Apex does indeed run on Easy Anticheat, an anticheat software that I believe is free and for that reason, is used by a lot of indie devs. However, just because its easily accessible does not mean it's a bad anticheat. Easy Anticheat is used on plenty of massive games, such as Fortnite, Rust, Sea of Thieves, Elden Ring and many more and is one of the leading anticheats in the industry, it is by no means an amateur in the anticheat scene. Unrelated to Apex, but the general gaming scene is suffering greatly from cheaters at the moment, and as long as online multiplayer games exist there will always be cheaters. It's a harsh reality but cheats make their developers a LOT of money, and because of that they will never stop innovating and finding ways to bypass anticheats. (I know you did mention this last part, but it's worth emphasising because a lot of people seem to think cheating is an apex specific issue for some reason). I know this is a lot of yap, and I'm no professional, I'm just a guy studying game development at college, but hopefully this can clear some misconceptions for people unfamiliar with the development and logistical side of things. If you can take away anything from this yap or from the situation in general, it should be to not send hate to the developers. I can guarantee that the developers care just as much about the game as you do, however they are shackled by the resources that are given to them by EA. I have no doubt that they are trying their best to produce the best content they can for the game and fix the cheating issues, but you have to remember that they are only human and are limited in what they can do with the resources given to them. I love this game, and I pray that EA pulls through and gives it the love and care that it deserves. (also, Mizery should be the #1 streamer worldwide, not just on twitch fr🫡).

I'm a professional yapper dw lmao, here is the brainrot TLDR; 1: Selling Apex) Selling Apex is almost impossible because it's too popular and there is no company with enough money and resources to profit from acquiring it. 2: Server Issues) The server issues are almost impossible to fix because although upgrading the server hardware is relatively cheap for a company like EA, the time and money it would take for the developers to fix all of the bugs and broken parts of the game that would happen if you increased the tick rate would basically kill the game (less update quality & quantity). 3: Anticheat) Apex does run on Easy Anticheat, which is free software, however Easy Anticheat is by no means a bad anticheat. Loads of other massive games use it as well, like Fortnite, Rust, Elden Ring ect. In summary, the issues with this game are more complex than people seem to think. (Hope this is a little better for you Miz 🫡)

I would also recommend that they limit the amount of things that can stun you or slow you down during the game. At this point, you can barely move around in the game because everything slows you down and your movement gets way too clunky
