@DokkanG0D3 жыл бұрын
@@abonynge I do call out everything I do, I say exactly how much I hit for, if they’re weak, i shotcall for my team 90% of the time, I say flesh, I say what color shields, are where I’m pushing with pings too, and where people are, headshots if I hit, gas traps if triggered, ping where I’m porting to, but I guess that’s just wired into my brain since I’ve played fps for 10+ years, and I’m pred btw so stop assuming I’m as bad as you lmao

@@DokkanG0D Making callouts is different than explaining everything and why you do it. Most IGLs are good at making those statements, but commentary is significantly beyond that. Perhaps you are capable of it, perhaps you are not. It is easier to say you are good at it than to actually be good at it. Also if you are Pred for what reason are you watching gameplay teaching beginners? If you are this good at commentating without consciously training it, maybe a career in casting is a good move for you.

Regarding the discussion on whether or not to pop the LL rez there. That was your teammates ult. At the beginning of the fight the enemy Gibby threw their ult. Right after the Horizon gets knocked you can hear the friendly Gibby line "Reigning down some destruction." That was actually the perfect time to pop the LL rez because they wouldn't have pushed to finish. BUUTTTT it's hard to be 100% accurate on all factors of a fight when it's that intense and you guys pulled it out in the end anyways. The reason I may not have popped it then is because you got shot in the back and the enemy Gibby was still right there. I've died so often trying to pop a hot LL rez and that short delay and slowness that happens when you do it can get you killed. Other than that small detail this is by far the best explanation and breakdown of how to play in ranked with randoms. Thanks for the great content Noko!

There are a couple of points for crypto that you might be overlooking. First, is that his ability to grab banners and rez in solo que means you can feel less pressured and help your team without going into as much danger. (much more valuable in lower rank where your team will be less organized and more hostile) Second, your drone is incredible bait in lower ranks. People often shoot at it whenever they see it, and third party teams that arent paying attention to their kill feed (people don't do this is lower ranks) wont realize that the shooting isnt adding up to anything. As a result you can bait a third party by getting a team to shoot at your drone. Third, you can use the recon points to plan better where your rotations should be. Finally having the ability to see how many teams are near by allows you to communicate with your team so that you can all get a better idea of how best to traverse or loot an area. Even if your team doesn't understand, you can use this information to decide how risky you would like to play along side your team, and how cautios you should be when entering new terrain. I definitely agree that the ult is not the best for low level solo que, but the rest of his kit is perfect for it (unless your concern is higher kill games)

The most common thing I see with randoms is that people tend to run into the first fight very quickly thinking they can get easy kills. However many squads will join too and eventually you get pinched. I play crypto just for this reason so I can respawn people easily. Yesterday, I spawned in one octane 5 times and he still had only 1000 damage and 2 kills. That was my best game so far this season with 8 kills and 2500 damage. Also the longer you live the more bonus you get for kills so rushing will only get you so far (I tend to push third parties with sniping only until I know its a 3v2 or bigger advantage. Before starting matches I try to spend 10 minutes in the range practicing different things. Thats helped the most
