I think the problem is that there is a lack of substantive facts. We only know that there are Discord servers for cheaters. Everything else is speculation. The cheaters mention names but A) Can you trust them and B) They mostly mention "who" they think is cheating. There is a saying, to carpenter everything looks like nail. Cheaters cant phantom that there legitimately cracked players.

Anti Cheat needs to step up their game and cheating needs to be more severely punished. An example of this is if a pro player is found to be boosting, that player should be permanently excommunicated from that game. I would even go to suggest that other games share their list and also ban that player from other competitive games as well.

The problem is like the "war on drugs" you can't stop ppl from making, using, and distributing them. it must be stopped in another manner. harsher punishments for using them. stricter gaming accounts for starters and actually keeping the cheating player that's caught banned. having a global ban list would be pretty sweet as well that companies should share.

not all hardware id's are banned. In most cases its just your storage drives id's and mac address. Kernel anticheats also can't detect dma boards. They can detect the firmware installed on it or the presence of it due to bad spoofing or mass used drivers but most pro players would obviously spend another 100bux for someone to make them a 1/1 copy that will stay undetected forever.

It fairly easy the guys who developed the cheat pay hackers to constantly change the discord ip address through a back door in the discord app or through pc website. Pc is better because of faster typing and hackers can use a vpn or spoof the ip through multiple servers. Once this is done the hackers have a backdoor into the commamd hub of discord so they know if there going to be busted. So how it works is it layers. Example the discord server name will be something you don’t think of as a cheat like grieving family members. Then that server on a discord server room. Then they add another layer in another room and change the name for that room to say stress relief. Then they do it again in another room say 90’s music group. Then if say 90’s music group is about to go down the hackers hard wipe the server for that room and the cheating server goes into the name stress relief. But it the same server but used with different names across different server rooms. It how cheating discords stay hidden. Also cheating discords will make about 12-20 discords that are legit for say 90’s music so that way if someone say to a discord employee hey this server 90’s music tried to sell me cheat for game and the company goes and look for it now it a needle in a haystack because there over 20 discords with the name 90’s music. Which buys the hackers time for a hard wipe. And the cheat devs and the hackers in the discord are running layered vpns and use fall names and fresh untraceable email address.

As a current master I feel like 5% of playerbase in master + is cheating. I saw the same names for months blatantly cheating.

Idk I think its a little more than that in Master lobbies. I'm going out on a limb and will guess its closer to 35% maybe slightly more. Most roller players are using anti recoil scripts...and if your lucky enough to find a m&k player that's in masters they probably are using wall hacks or something to get an advantage over all these roller players. I've ran into pred teams that seem to know exactly when to shoot you right as you peak them even if you rat these teams seem to know exactly where all the rats are hiding...idk I've been killed by pred 3 stacks that are for sure wall hacking. I feel like wall hacks and soft aim bots are the staple for pred/master lobbies. Most the guys at the top have atleast 1 cheater on the team helping them.

The Finals has got a wayyyg worse cheater problem than Apex. It's unplayable on Asian servers due to there being soooo many cheaters. They use the weakest possible anti-cheat and never address the problem, so its become a haven for cheating streamers
