BJP always deceive Ladakhis. Even during the LUTF time, BJP was the first party to oppose LUTF since 2004. BJP's highest priority is always strengthening vote bank and winning elections that is why the BJP was the first party to oppose LUTF and it is the BJP which is opposing KDA and Apex. I hope BJP's speration from the KDA Apex would not eventuate the dismantling KDA and Apex as other political parties have their political interests also.
