there are pneumatic jacks made by several manufactures like OTC and Gray. OTC also make tire dollys to help with tire install and removal, used in the trucking industry. I have wrestled over 10s of thousands of semi truck and trailer tires. If I ever get the chance to go to Florida, I do want to stop by OG and Cleetus's Freedom Factory.

Have you thought about using a graphene undercarriage coating, like IGL Aegis? Seems like that would be much better suited than trying to apply by hand to suspension springs and such.

Can some one show him a video how you sit down and use legs to lift the tire on.. The pro eagle is a great jack to have on board the vehicle and often exposed to elements. These hold up great for years ... Cost is a factor when these things get lost, or are on every chase truck. It never claims to be a Rolls-Royce of jacks that is hand machines and all billet parts ..

I have no idea how the stock breaks handle the rotating mass of the 40” tires. Make sure those tires stay balanced or you will break lug bolts when driving Hwy speeds.

Are you worried at all about the mineral spirits breaking down the rubber compound even though it’s been vulcanized?

I use mineral spirits on several of the vehicles I maintain every wash. You can't breakdown the rubber compound. Think about the abuse tires take in normal use. Plus the molds used for manufacturing tires is several hundred degrees and several thousand pounds of pressure. Mineral spirits isn't capable of damaging anything enough to make a difference. Tires are designed to take harsh abuse. Mineral spirits isn't harsh at all.

As an offroad guy, what coating should i put on suspension and wheel well areas to make cleaning easier? Also hate the look of tire dressing on offroad tires. Do mineral spirits damage the rubber? Any recommendations on a flat or matte tire dressing?

I am going to use Armour wheel coating on the suspension as it's higher temp and a bit more durable. Mineral spirits is fine for the tires. No tire dressing is the way to go on these, so I will clean and maintain them between washes using Brake Buster and or Shine Supply Wise guy. I only do the Mineral spirits on the first cleaning.

When doing a wheels off initial cleaning, I'll lay the tire flat, hit the tires with mineral spirits in a sprayer, and use the curved handle fender liner brush to get the grooves of the side treads. Having the tires laying flat increases the working time of the spirits since it isn't running off.
