Does that mean with another chip (forgot what it was called, but it allows ults to be extra strong x2 when in WH) you can Use WH -> Ult -> swap ult through party -> then do it again for max damage?

you can only equip one of the master cores, basic atk, ult, qte etc while you can equip multiple chips at a time

As far as i remember, after you fight lucheni go talk to somebody (i forget who). After that you will get a mission where you need to fight 3 boss. The first one is alter adam. The mission reward was mei level up material but if you finish it, you will get that item.
