API 570 - Injection Point - Inspection Academy - Piping

Buen día, tengo una pregunta: la inspección más extensa se realiza 12 in aguas arriba y POR LO MENOS 10 veces el diámetro de la TUBERÍA aguas abajo del punto de injeccion. ¿Ese 10 veces es el diámetro de la tubería de arriba o la de abajo? Y si es el de abajo no sería muy grande?

This is not as per API 570. Upstream CML is wrong.

Agreed its wrong, upstream should be from main header. I my experience there is no T connection, there is branch connection with flanges.
