Hi sir എൻ്റെ വീടിൻ്റെ permission 132 sq mtr ആണ്. 2022 ഇല് permission എടുത്ത് 2023 ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ complete ആയി. കുറച്ച് എക്സ്ട്രാ modification എടുത്ത കാരണം ഇപ്പൊൾ 159 sg mtr completion report കാണിക്കണം. Regularisation fees എനിക്ക് 27 sq mtr ക്കൊടുത്താൽ മാറിയോ? അതോ മുഴുവൻ 159sq mtr കൊടുക്കണോ. Pl reply.thanks

നമസ്കാരം എന്റെ കട പന്തളം മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റിയിൽ ആണ്.. 66 വർഷത്തിൽ പഴക്കം ഉണ്ട് എന്റെ കട മുറി കഴിഞ്ഞ 2022 വരെയും എന്റെ കട മുറിക്കു നമ്പർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു എന്നാൽ 2023 ൽ നമ്പർ ഇട്ടപ്പോൾ കടമുറി UA എന്നാണ് ഇട്ടത്.. ഒരു വ്യക്തി എനിക് എതിരെ കട UA ആണ് licence റദ്ദാക്കണം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു നിരന്തരമായി പരാതി നൽകുകയുംഅതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ എനിക് മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി 30 ദിവസത്തിനു ഉള്ളിൽ മറുപടി നൽകിയില്ല എങ്കിൽ licence റദ്ദാകും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ട് നോട്ടീസ് അയക്കുകയും ചെയ്യ്തിരുന്നു ഇതിനു എതിരെ ഞാൻ എന്താണ് chaiyendath മാത്രമല്ല പന്തളം നഗരസഭ tax revision നടത്തിയിട്ട് ഏകദേശം 30 വർഷത്തിന് മുകളിൽ ആയി അതു കാരണം നഗരസഭ യിലെ 90 % കടകളും UA ആണ് എന്നാൽ അവര്ക് ഒന്നും ഒരു നടപടിയും എടുക്കാതെ എന്റെ ജീവിത മാർഗം മാത്രം ആണ് ഇങ്ങനെ UA യുടെ പേരിൽ ബാലിയാട് ആകുന്നത് എന്നാൽ പന്തളം മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി town plan ആക്കിയത് കാരണം ക്രമവത്കരണം നടത്താൻ പറ്റുന്ന സാഹചര്യം അല്ല ..

സർ, ഞാൻ 06.06.2023ന് കെട്ടിട പൂർത്തികരണ അപേക്ഷ കൊടുത്തു 104.35 m2 വിസ്തീരണം മഴ വെള്ള റീചാർജ് pit പൈപ്പ് ഫിറ്റ്‌ ചെയ്തിട്ടും 2642 ലിറ്റർ സ്റ്റോറേജ് ടാങ്ക് വയ്ക്കാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ഇതുവരെ ഒരു മറുപടിയും തന്നിട്ടില്ല. ഇനി നമ്പർ കിട്ടാൻ എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം

Sir, ഞങ്ങൾ 2021ൽ പഴയ വീട് പൊളിച്ച് പുതിയ വീട് നിർമ്മിച്ചു(with permit in 8 cent). വീടു നിൽക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലം "നിലം" എന്നാണ് recordൽ (not included in data bank). അവിടെ 1291 sq feet വീടാണ് permitted എന്നാണ് അറിഞ്ഞത്. But വീട് നിർമ്മിച്ചപ്പോൾ 1412 sq feet ആയി. Building number കിട്ടാൻ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്? Last year, tax അടച്ചത് പഴയ വീടിന്റെ number വെച്ചാണ്. പുതിയ കെട്ടിട നമ്പർ കിട്ടുന്നതു വരെ എങ്ങനെ building tax അടയ്ക്കും?temporary building number കിട്ടുമോ? തരം മാറ്റാൻ അപേക്ഷ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.

സർ ഞാൻ ബിൽഡിംഗ്‌ നമ്പർ കിട്ടാനായി ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി കോര്പറേഷൻ ഓഫീസിൽ അപേക്ഷ കൊടുത്തു, പെർമിറ്റ്‌ പ്ലാനിൽ നിന്നും 4 sq feet കൂടുതൽ ആയതിനാൽ regularise ചെയ്തു കൊടുക്കാനായി അപേക്ഷ അവർ തിരിച്ചു അയച്ചു. എഞ്ചിനീയർ regularise ചെയ്തു വീണ്ടും അപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ അയച്ചു.. ഇപ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും അപേക്ഷ അവർ തിരിച്ചു അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിൽ reason കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് , Document shortfall, Tecnical shortfall.. Sdtbacks are not shown in the plan. This is a new building but the application is given for regularisation. The application should be submitted under O/c. Please shortfall എന്നാണ്.. ഇത് എന്താണെന്ന് വിശദീകരിക്കാമോ സർ

40 വർഷം പഴക്കമുള്ള വീട് പൊളിച്ച് പുതിയ വീട് പണിയാൻ വേണ്ടി ബിൽഡിംഗ്‌ പെർമിറ്റിന് അപേക്ഷ കൊടുത്തിരുന്നു പക്ഷെ രേഖയിൽ തണ്ണീർ തടമായിരുന്നതിനാൽ അപേക്ഷ തള്ളി ഇപ്പോൾ ഭൂമി തരം മാറ്റാൻ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട് ആദ്യത്തെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഒരു നിലയുടെ പ്ലാൻ മാത്രമാണ് കൊടുത്തത് പെർമിറ്റ്‌ കിട്ടാതെ തന്നെ രണ്ട് നിലയും എടുത്തു ഭൂമി തരം മാറ്റി വീണ്ടും പുതിയ പ്ലാൻ സമർപ്പിച്ചാൽ ബിൽഡിംഗ്‌ പെർമിറ്റ്‌ കിട്ടുമോ വീടിന്റെ മുൻവശം റോഡിൽ നിന്ന് 30 മീറ്ററിലധികവും പുറക് വശം അതിരിൽ നിന്ന് 4 മീറ്ററും ബാക്കി രണ്ട് സൈഡ് വശം 30 മീറ്ററിലധികം വിട്ടിട്ടാണ് വീട് നിർമിച്ചത്

Dear Nisham മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ഏതാണോ ആദ്യം വരുന്നത് അതുമുതലുള്ള നികുതിയാണ് അടക്കേണ്ടി വരിക.date ofcompletion താങ്കൾക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്ന demand notice ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക. അതിൽ മാർച്ച് മാസത്തിൽ അവസാനിക്കുന്ന ഒരു അർദ്ധവർഷത്തെ നികുതി കണക്കാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ആ half year ലെ നികുതി ഒഴിവായി കിട്ടുന്നതിന് അർഹതയുണ്ട്. അപേക്ഷ കൊടുക്കുക

Sir, I have commercial building having two floors, when I gave first floor for rent , we have taken room number and that tenant cancelled the tenancy 10 years back . Now we want to give first floor for rent, now we enquired in corporation office they saying that earlier room number was in the name of other person . So after getting room number we can let out the first floor. The first floor have separate electric connection metre. So corporation authority saying to take fresh room number by submitting required documents . When we approached corporation authority try saying to pay building tax from the time of construction building , it becomes more than Rs 50,000. We are paying building tax regularly. Is there any other remedy for this for getting room number
