बहोत ही महत्त्वपूर्ण जानकारी । प्रीतीजी ने संगीत की अच्छी खासी शिक्षा जरूर प्राप्त की होगी ये उनके तीन - चार गीतो से लगता है । उन दीनी हम स्कूल जाया करते थे । ये दोनो भी फिल्मे हमने टीव्ही पर दूरदर्शन के माध्यम से देखी होगी , पर उन दिनो रेडीयो पर विविध भारती दीन भर हर घर मे सुनी जाती थी, इन गानो को लोकप्रियता भी मीली थी । तब तो हमे ये खास कर ये अंग्रेजी गाना समझ मे भी नही आता था । पर थुन अच्छी लगती थी ।

Many talented singers could not get justice in Bollywood because they were too good to make established singers fear them, and feel jealous of them. They were afraid of the talented new comer pushing them out of business. Examples are plenty: the Lata-Asha sisters against Suman Kalyanpur, Sharda, Vani Jayaram etc; Kishore Kumar against Yesudas etc. They used to team up against the new comer and force the music directors, studios, producers etc boycott these new talents.
