Enjoy the video! Quick note: I accidentally called the GPU the "Gaming OC" at some point, it is of course the Aorus RX 7900 XTX Elite.

For the first case under this new brand name, I'd say they did a pretty nice job. I'd love to see case makers offer stripped-down versions without included fans or fan controllers potentially at a lower price point. With multiple manufacturers of PC cooling products developing their own ecosystems(Corsair's iCUE Link, Lian-Li's current setup, etc), it would be nice to have a case that doesn't make us buy things we would rather not use. Case in point with the build in this video, using ARGB for the case fans, but iCUE Link for the AIO. But overall, I think APNX created a nice clean case that didn't try to reinvent the wheel, they just made a refined, good-looking one.
@TechTesters10 ай бұрын
Something like a C1 Lite wouldn't be a bad idea. These fans do look surprisingly decent but without a whole ecosystem it'll be harder to compete for sure.

Looks nice. I wish it was EATX but fitting a 7900XTX comfortably is a must have the Merc 310 (just about fits in an old case I have), along with a large power supply. Nice aesthetics though on this case. I own a few mid tower cases but it's a shame, I know I need to start going larger with cases in the future. Price is too much for a secondary case though it's a nice looking one certainly.
@TechTesters10 ай бұрын
You can easily go EATX, but you'll have to remove that side part and it'll look a lot less clean imho, plus you lose the GPU holder.

I really appreciate your measuring the temperatures of significant components are various points. I wonder how the case would be affected by a marine environment? Do you keep any cases for long term testing? Thank you for posting this excellent, professional review.

..$169 APNX C1 Mid-Tower ATX ChromaFlair .. at that price the competition here is very strong. The $148 Lian Li LI PC-O11 Dynamic EVO and the $144 Corsair 5000D Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower are both tough and extremely well-known competitors.

NGL I wish the case was just blue. I really like this color tone and I've been looking for a blue case for a Sonic build with ASRock's Sonic board for forever now. That said, this color changing definitely is interesting and I'd like to see more like that regardless of my Sonic problem. Also: That Corsair AIO's pump block looks like a freaking Tide Pod. WTF?

@TechTesters10 ай бұрын
Plenty of good cases for 100$/€ or less. But not of similar quality / metal panels / 4 good fans included / fan+rgb hub included. I personally like Fractal cases a lot, but their cheaper cases don't offer more quality imho.

It is a great case except radiator mount location mentioned. I can get over that but what bothers me the most about the premium modern PC cases is lack of reset switch. Why manufacturers do that!? This is the only reason I don`t want this case.

Waiting for a case manufacturer to make a full mesh case, I mean instead of tempered glass, it's a mesh side panel. Same with the other side.

Hi Nada. Another beautiful video hosted by a beautiful lady. I like the idea of making PC cases wilder. This design allows for easier cable management. Have you produced a video showing one in action? I was pleased the PC case mounted the iCUE LINK system. I love mine and consider it to be the icing on the cake. Have a beautiful day. I can hardly wait to see your next video.

So why is this case called creator while it can hold only three 2.5 / 3,5" drives? I mean. It's reasonabally cheap to get 24 Tb of storage in this case that way, but after that you're limited to four NVME's if you're lucky. Which usually means 12 Tb + your system drive. Theoreticly in my case with my motherboard I can have system + two NVMEs + 8 drives. So basicly 2 * 4 + 8 * 8 = 9 * 8 = 72 Tb. That's twice as much and creators need space! Then again. I suppose, in the real world you can deal with 36 Tb of storage. For the foreseeing future. And I guess there's thunderbolt / usb 4, but still: more devices and clutter... Sigh.
@The11devans10 ай бұрын
The general design seems very generic. It looks good, but not great. One thing I noticed is that all the holes are different shapes: little squares on the front, circles on the back, and hexagons on the PCIE slot covers. Details like that matter when a case costs this much. Really the only unique thing is the paint, which is super cool and I really like it, but everything else is just... eh. Not exciting enough
@TechTesters10 ай бұрын
Yeah it's not some super innovative model for sure. Some of the details are nice, I do like the metal front panels with the curve, but simple designs usually don't stand out that much. I'm OK with that though, very few cases can sell themselves just on innovation. It's either great value, or just try to appeal to whoever likes that particular design.
