I don't have the answer to your question, but was there anything before Moses received The Ten Commandments written on the stone tablets? Then Moses wrote down God's story (history) and instruction in the first five books (The Pentateuch) on papyrus I think. So Moses' life may have begun the ancient Hebrew writings. Also, the same story was written in the constellations in the sky long before that.
