Unscheduled television transmission from the Apollo 11 Command Module towards the end of the first day of the mission, at 010:32:36 GET. At the start of the transmission, the spacecraft was approximately 50,980 nautical miles [94,400 km] from Earth, and at the conclusion they were about 52,248 nautical miles [96,763 km] from Earth.

In the unedited version of this footage, the lights turn on in the craft, and you can see that the earth "light" is coming from the small, round port-hole window on the other side of the craft (with a crescent insert added). 100% proven... on tape, but edited out in this footage. Anyone denying this fact is either a NASA troll or has a serious case of cognitive dissonance.

Correct Ryan. The assertion is that this is actually not a close partial view, but a clear transparency applied to the window. After it is removed, the light then FLOODS the interior of the space orbiter. This is edited. The unedited shows the lying involved.

With respect to the Sun, Earth rotates once in 24 hours. This video is about 15 minutes long. Taking round numbers, since Earth does 360 degrees rotation in 24 hours, then in one hour, it will rotate 15 degrees. In 15 minutes, it will rotate just under four degrees. This is a very small amount of rotation. I attempted to explain that very little rotation would be apparent in the short time of the video and offered an example of when, on Apollo flights, rotation of Earth was noticeable. Whatever you are interpreting as "removing this transparency from the window", I don't subscribe to.

It is worth reading in the Apollo 11 Flight Journal, history.nasa.gov/afj/ap11fj/04nav-housekeep.html#0103224 and I don't get any sense of who is holding the camera except for Collins' wry comment that all he can see is the DSKY. I guess it isn't him doing the camera work.
