Everyone keeps saying Apollo was not in his prime. You all clearly don't watch the movies properly it seems. Rocky beats Clubber in Rocky 3.. At this point Rocky is in his Prime.. Mentally, physically and emotionally. After the fight he fights Apollo. Now it's cannon what went on in that unofficial fight. Creed talks about it, and so does other sources... Apollo won that unofficial fight.. Now if Apollo has just won a fight (legal or not), against a prime Rocky who beat Clubber. That means Apollo has to be Prime Apollo.. Even at 43 (age means nothing in films) Drago fought Apollo about 6 months to a year after. And Apollo who was already in great shape, maintained his shape. .......... And yet Drago STILL KILLED HIM without breaking a sweat. There is no story in which Apollo would win. Drago takes it 10/10 everytime. Unless Apollo runs away for 12 rounds and tries to out point him and not get hit once in the entire fight. Which is impossible. So pay more attention to the details of the films
