But it's not like if the law system in the first trilogy was THAT messed up, since we see that Franzizka couldn't pressent her illegal proof without getting a penalty, but she still managed to play with the laws and get everyone to see it and walk it off without any comsecuense. @@nickname2239 Kristoph Gavin is legally-immune to the Inquisitorial Judicial System because of the lack of decisive evidence. Without the real letter evidence that came from Drew Misham, convicting Kristoph is next to impossible. But on the other hand, there is a way to potentially convict him. And that is the Jurist System. Kristoph broke down immediately when he had heard about the news that he is going to be convicted under the Jurist Judicial System because his intentions for murder will be exposed from the other people who aren't involved in the case. He is utterly helpless because if the Jurists have heard that he is the obvious killer, they would probably all just decide a "Not Guilty Verdict" on the defendant. Unless someone believed that there is a need for decisive evidence because without it, you can't accuse Kristoph. So in the other point of view, the accusations against Kristoph Gavin is meaningless without the decisive evidence. However, the most important thing as being a Defense Lawyer is to believe in the innocence of their defendants and Apollo believed that Vera is not guilty, and he proved all the possible points that she did not do it and the most obvious killer who could've done it was Kristoph and that is Final.

I know I’m late, but this is retarded. Kristoph had spent 100,000 dollars on forged evidence and had plotted to kill 2 people, one of them being a 12 year old girl. He literally wasted 100,000 dollars, and could get convicted for forgery, attempted (and depending on how his plan worked, it could have been ACTUAL) murder, and endangerment of a child as well as losing his reputation he worked to get. All for it to be lost over a poker game. And, Kristoph already hated Phoenix. Gotta love how people on this fandom literally have 2 IQ.
@xxx_jim_the_reaper_xxx3 жыл бұрын
@@marcusvergara6193 In Kristoph's view, it's a waste of money. Once a cheater, always a cheater. He only does his defense attorney job because of fame, not because of the fulfillment of his role as the pillar of the law. And after those 7 years of "freedom", he finally got the retribution he deserves. I certainly don't associate myself with these fandoms, mind you. I only watch Ace Attorney to find the truths.
@marcusvergara61933 жыл бұрын
@@xxx_jim_the_reaper_xxx ...ok? And? How does that change the motive of Kristoph’s? I was saying it was a waste because he ended up being dismissed at the end. I’m not trying to claim that Kristoph is a saint, I’m trying to claim that his motive for murder was much less simplistic than a poker game.
@xxx_jim_the_reaper_xxx3 жыл бұрын
@@marcusvergara6193 I see. I think people commit murder for the most pettiest of things. We do know his motive for murder is weak, I understand but he only murdered his forger and his daughter so that he can avoid paying that sum of $100,000 and to prevent them from becoming a witness to his proposed forgery because he already knows that it's a waste anyway and his client is no longer employing him. The reason why he's not guilty of his deed is because of his murder plot is kinda more of a gamble than a direct murder. And the Mishams themselves are near oblivious to the deadly traps that he had just set from them. His murder weapons are the most unlikely because they are almost not valid enough evidence to make Kristoph Gavin guilty. So in order to expose him, the truth behind his murder plot must come from his own statement as the Jurist System must judge him according to his motives and testimonies.
