One of my favourite songs of all time! I love your creative crossover style of electro, drum'n base and (hard) rock (called "Big Beat"?). Your albums "Millenium Fever", "Electro Glide in Blue" and "Gettin' High on Your Own Supply" are milestones in the history of music!

Big beat is an electronic genre, popularized by Norman Cook (Fatboy Slim), Chemical Brothers, and other -mostly British - acts. (Some tracks by The Prodigy also falls into this bracket). It was huge in the '90s. Not so huge nowadays. Yes, @ 440 also fused rock music into their tracks: blues rock, progressive rock, alt rock... it's to your interpretation. I personally don't care much about it. They mixed a lot of things because they were real musicians and they were able to do so and no one held them back. And I like what they produced.

I am happy to have Apollo 440 in their original form and unknown to current generations. Today's people would put a distorted version of their music on Tik Tok for silly videos, and "rappers" would sample them just to tell us for another time how rich and innocent and victim they are.
