People forget that that's not the full sentence, because it's a bit later in the song. The whole thing adds 'to you', meaning that Stolas isn't trying to convince himself that their relationship didn't mean anything. It's that he is currently convinced that it didn't mean anything to Blitz, which is important context.

I think that might be my favourite episode. It was just so satisfying to finally see Blitz realising the harm he caused to so many people and taking the first step toward being a better person at the end, when he leaves the party and leave Stolas have his space and enjoy his night despite the jealousy and sadness he felt at that moment. It was nice to see him talk about his feelings with Stolas and try to explain how he felt, actually communicating. The communication was not perfect, but he’s not running away from it for once. I also liked the conversation scene with Blitz and Verosika. It’s a bit ironic that she’s the one who understood Blitz the most at that party and she even gives him a good advice at the end, because she knows Blitz hate himself and wants to change. Also the songs and background musics were fire, they made the differents scene flow into each other in a really great way and added another layer of intensity and emotions. I like that when Blitz is about to put his hand on Stolas’ back while he’s crying, the song says “dont touch the pretty thing”.

I also like that how in "All 2 U" Stolas says that maybe he has something to learn too. As many mistakes as Blitz has made, he was not wring when he was expressing that Syolas looks down upon him. He doesnt look down on him actively but, because of his station, he has an ingrained classism that shows often in their relationship. For one the beginbings of the relationship was basically "show me how much you need this book and I will let you borrow it." He also calls Blitz his "little impish plaything", "little imp boy" etc. There is a power imbalance in the relationship that Stolas, accidentally, plays on often. Even when he was offering his freedom from the transactional relationship he basically pulled a fast one. He was like "give me the book" and left enough time for Blitz to panic that his entire livelihood has just fallen apart only to, afterwards, give him an ultimatum in their relationship. You can just imagine the amount of emotional whiplash Blitz was going through. In the end Blitz fucked up more, but I like that the episode acknowleged that they both have a lot of learning/self reflection to go through.

But tbh that’s most likely what Over You is about

I think the most important thing for Blitzø isn't the realisation that he hurts people; it's the realisation that he wants to be different. Especially Blitzø's break up with Verosica doesn't read to me as someone who thinks love is stupid. I mean, he also thinks that (or want people to think he thinks that) but much more, he thinks that it's stupid to love him specifically. Him taking her credit card, leaving her with the hotel bill and running 3 rings down to max her card on horse riding lessons says more of "here's proof why you definitely shouldn't love me." The poor thing _erases himself_ from the pictures on his wall, which is just... an extra level of self-hatred, honestly.

this has definitely became my favorite episode. I loved every single thing about it, and I think it's a good start for stolas and blitz to grow: stolas needs to try new things (that man was trapped in an abusive marriage for 18 years, let him have fun😭😭) and blitz finally wants to become a better person I'm so happy with where they are now, I can't wait for the next episode :)

I think this episode was better than the full moon, because in the full moon, stolas and blitz’s problems felt like a secondary plot point whith the cherubs being the main focus, while in this episode it focused more on the underlying issue in their relationship, just my opinion

I would say to treat the party like an AA meeting. Its cathartic to "hate" the person who, as far as they are concerned, toyed with them and their emotions. To know "I am not the only one on this boat(ship)." I wouldnt be too surprised if some of them go there now not so much because they still "hate" Blitz, as so much as to have an excuse to hang with people they have gotten to know over the years.

love the reaction Alex! This episode broke me damn. It was very much needed, especially for Blitzø to realise that he has hurt a lot of people with the way he handles emotions. I understand why he's acting the way he is so much, considering the first time he was all in and wanted to confess all his feelings openly for someone he accidentally caused the fire that destroyed his life and Fizz's. It's understandable the way he reacts but that doesn't make it right and I feel like he finally is starting to realize that after the episode. The same with Stolas and I really hope he can finally experience romance and all with someone other than Blitzø cause he needs that. He needs to have other experiences that aren't just tied to Blitzø. So they can both grow and hopefully be together more healthily one day in the future. I just hope the show won't just ignore the fact that Stolas is also at fault for how their relationship worked out and the way it ended and that it will touch on the fact that he is not realising that he has been talkign down to Blitzø in the past without meaning to.

Seems like Blitzø pisses off a few new ppl every year... enough to keep the party going. Dennis and Stolas being his latest "exes"... wasn't officially with them, just got screwed over. I feel like a few more ppl from Bee's party were there too.

Yeah I'd imagine once people got over Blitzø, they'd stop attending the party, but new people join their place. Verosika, because she's the one hosting it every year for other people, is the one at most risk of letting the wound fester, but her convo with Blitzø provided so much closure for the both of them (even if they'll never rekindle the relationship) that hopefully there won't be an anti-Blitzø party in the future due to how much he has and will change.

This is actually one of my fav episodes and it was what I expected Full Moon to be cause it actually focuses on Stolitz (I like Full Moon but I also def was overwhelmed the first time I watched it cause there was So Much happening) And the songs in this episode!!!!

3 things, but first to be clear i still think Blitzo was an asshole to many people. my comments below are not trying to negate or ingore the faults or mistakes Blitzo made. however everyone seems to be on team Stolas. so his point doesnt need to be explained by me. 1. The Striker incident isnt fair. He was taking his daughter to the vet for her mandatory shot so she doesnt get sick because he cares for Loona. And he knows he is the only one She trusts enough to bring her. To add to that point Stella ordered intial hit, that Blitzo DID stop, and openly talked about it on the phone right across from Stolas. If stolas had bothered to listen to her he wouldve known about the first hit., and a potentional follow up. 2. Stolas claims he never looks down on Blitzo, but he refers to Blitzo as " imp" many times, which in Blitzos experiecne is an insult, of rank and class. Not to mention, Blitzo was BOUGHT for loose change, and a condom. by Stolas's father. to be his friend. As far as Blitzo is concerned he is just Stolas's pet, a thing to amuse him. and Stolas hasnt done that much to break that sterotype. Stolas hasnt one time asked Blitzo how HE feels in the relationship. Stolas assumed he felt trapped or caged, but BLitzo felt fine as he said " it is a tranactional fucking" Stolas added his own opinions, forced them on Blitz, bumrushed him with an ultimatum. and then refused to try and understand how Blitzo felt. 3. Notice how Blitz slides between the banisters mimicking being a prisoner, but Verosika kicks the bannister so she can be free and have her legs normal. he feels trapped even though he was given "freedom" from stolas.
